COUNTRY GARDEN DINNER 
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. grated carrots
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions or dry onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Cheese, optional

Put potatoes on the bottom of a well greased casserole dish. Layer ground beef, celery, carrots, onions and green pepper. Pour tomatoes on top and season to taste. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Then put cheese on top and melt.
