SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can of salmon
Milk
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Saltine crackers
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. chopped onions
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain liquid from salmon into measuring cup, add milk to make 3/4 cup. Flake salmon, removing bones and skin. Blend in eggs. Stir in rest of ingredients. Spoon lightly into grease loaf pan. 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
