4 c. shredded carrots 1 c. shredded red radishes 1/4 c. raisins 1/4 c. minced cilantro 2 tbsp. lime juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. minced jalapeno pepper 1 tbsp. ginger root Combine carrots, radishes and raisins in 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl. Combine cilantro, lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, jalapeno pepper and ginger root in small bowl. Pour over carrots and mix well. Chill 1/2 hour. 58 calories per serving. |
