COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIES 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 1/2 c. coconut
4 eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put in blender, mix and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake 30 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees, until knife comes out clean.
