COCONUT-PINEAPPLE PIE 
3 eggs
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Stir in next 5 ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until filling is set.
