VEGETABLE LASAGNA 
1 lb. box zita noodles
2 pkg. cooked frozen broccoli, chopped
Lg. jar spaghetti sauce
Sm. cottage cheese
1 lg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick butter

Cook and drain noodles, add 1/2 stick butter. Mix all ingredients together except Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Put half of mixture in 9 x 12 pan. Add 1/2 of cheese. Sprnkle with Parmesan cheese. Add other half of ingredients. Add remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
