SICILIAN BROCCOLI 
1 bunch broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4-1/2 c. sliced, pitted lg. black olives
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges

Divide broccoli into floweretts and steam until cooked, but still crisp. Place in a few minutes, and add sliced olives. Pour butter mixture over broccoli, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, and serve with lemon wedges.
