HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 stick melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream

TOPPING:

2 c. corn flake crumbs
3/4 stick melted butter

Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Put on topping and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
