1 pkg. Oreo double stuffs
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes of vanilla instant pudding

Crush 2/3 package of Oreo double stuffs. Put in the bottom of a 9 x 2 x 13 inch pan. Prepare pudding as usual - add container of Cool Whip. Pour over cookie crumbs. Crush remainder 1/3 Oreos and sprinkle over the top.
