CINNAMON PUFF BREAD 
1 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. sifted flour

Mix milk, shortening, sugar and salt. Set aside to cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, when dissolved add eggs and flour. Knead 10 minutes. Set aside and let rise to double.

1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts and raisins

Cut and form small bun pieces, dip in butter, roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture and arrange in pan. Set aside until double. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
