SHERBET DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
4 tbsp. sugar
7 tbsp. melted butter

Mix the above ingredients and press in a 9x13 pan. Spoon 1 1/2 quarts of sherbet (any three kinds) and 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream on crumbs and freeze.

Make a topping of: 1 c. sugar 4 tbsp. lemon juice 6 tbsp. butter

Cook until thick. Cool and spread on top of sherbet. Keep this dessert frozen.
