BREAKFAST EGGS 
20 slices sandwich bread
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 lb. butter
12 eggs
4 c. milk
Cooked bacon, ham or sausage (optional)

Trim crust and pull apart sandwich bread. Place pieces of bread in a 9"x13" casserole dish. Melt 1 pound Velveeta cheese and 1/4 pound butter. Pour over bread pieces. Beat 12 eggs. Add 4 cups of milk. Pour over cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Add cooked meat and then bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours. Cover with foil if top starts browning too fast.
