PEACH PIE | |
1 baked pie shell 5-6 fresh peaches 1 c. sugar 1 c. water 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 pkg. peach Jello 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2/3 c. powdered sugar 1 sm. carton Cool Whip Slice the peaches into the baked pie shell. Boil the sugar, water and cornstarch until thick, stirring often. Remove from burner and add 1 package peach Jello (dry). Pour over the peaches. Using an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the pie. Chill. |
