1 lb. Hershey bar 3 small pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels 1 pt. marshmallow creme 4 1/2 c. sugar 1 large can evaporated milk 1/3 c. butter Cut up Hershey bar into small pieces. Mix Hershey bar, chocolate chips, and marshmallow creme together and set aside. Mix sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to boil and boil for two minutes. Pour sugar mixture over chocolate mixture and stir until all chocolate is melted. Add chopped nuts if desired. This is a large recipe and you will need two large buttered pans to pour the fudge into. The boiled mixture must be hot enough to melt all the chocolate pieces. You will have to stir a lot. |
