CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 (6 oz. each) pkgs. Hershey's chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. pecans

Cook sugar and milk together, stirring continuously. Bring to boil. Boil 6 minutes only. Remove from stove, add other ingredients and mix well. Pour in greased pan and let stand for 6 hours before cutting in squares. This recipe makes 5 pounds of fudge.
