CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated Pet milk
1 (12 oz.) Hershey milk chocolate bar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Cook rapidly the milk, sugar and butter for 7 minutes. Turn fire down, add chocolate bar and chips; stir until dissolved. Take off heat and add marshmallow and walnuts. Butter the fudge pans, add fudge and cool. Makes 5 pounds of fudge.
