FIVE POUND CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. white sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 (13 oz.) jar of marshmallow cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. nuts

Combine sugar, butter and milk into a heavy saucepan and cook in a rolling boil for 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, chocolate squares and chocolate chips. Add nuts. Stir vigorously and turn out onto a 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Allow to cool and then cut. This makes 5 pounds of fudge.
