1 stick of butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 tsp. vanilla flavor
3 c. minute oats

Melt butter in pan. Add sugar, milk, and cocoa and bring to a roiling boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until peanut butter is melted. Add oats. Mix well and quick. Drop on to wax paper and let cool. Will harden as cookies cool.
