SHRIMP CREOLE 
4 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4-5 shakes Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2-1 lb. popcorn shrimp

Fry bacon, remove, then brown onion, celery and bell peppers. Add tomatoes, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, Tabasco sauce and salt. Cook slowly until thick. Add shrimp 30 minutes before serving. Break fried bacon in small pieces; add last. Add more seasonings if needed.
