HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. hamburg
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
6 oz. tomato paste
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Brown meat; drain fat. Add onion and celery. Mix in paste, 1/2 cup cheese and seasonings. Separate rolls. Lay in 9 inch pie pan and press together. Pour meat into dough. Put cheese on top. Bake until top is brown at 375 degrees, approximately 15 minutes.
