DUMP CAKE | |
1 (19 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 to 1 c. butter topping Grease 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan or baking dish. Dump in drained pineapple, swirling into corners. Dump in pie filling and push it around until fruit is even. Sprinkle dry cake mix over fruit to cover it. Melt butter and dribble over top. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until browned, about 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. |
