HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
2-3 med. carrots, sliced
1 #2 can peas, well drained
3 med. onions, sliced
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (10 oz.) can water

Place layers of vegetables in order given in crock pot. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Put browned ground beef on top of celery. Mix tomato soup with the water and pour into crock pot. Cover and set to low for 6-8 hours. (High 2-4 hours, stirring occasionally.)
