SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch of paprika, pepper and thyme

Blend with a fork and shape into patties. Brown on both sides. After meat is browned good add sauce.

SAUCE;
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. wet mustard
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Add butter to the meat in the skillet, let it melt then add the remaining ingredients. Spoon the sauce over the meat as it cooks. Cook for 45 minutes. Medium heat.
