1 box chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix 5 minutes. Pour on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake 13-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk

Beat and set aside. Cream: 1/2 c. Crisco 1 c. powdered sugar Little vanilla

Blend into first mixture, spoon on one cake. Invert other cake on top of icing.
