CORN & ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE 
1 pt. chopped zucchini
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/3 c. frozen canned corn
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. grated cheese
Garlic salt
Dash of pepper

Cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Mix with other ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole at 350 degrees.
