PEANUT BRITTLE CANDY 
2 c. peanuts with skins off
1 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter

Put all together and boil to 300 degrees on candy thermometer. Then shut off heat and add 1 teaspoon baking soda then beat real good and spread out on greased cookie sheet. Break up when cool.
