PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 8-oz. can unsweetened pineapple slices
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
2 tbsp. raisins
4 pieces chicken breast halves, skinned and boned

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple slices aside. Combine pineapple juice, apple juice, honey, and bouillon granules in a small, non-aluminum saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add raisins. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove raisins with a slotted spoon; set raisins and juice mixture aside.

Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray; place rack on grill over medium hot coals. Place pineapple slices on rack; cook 3 minutes on each side. Set aside. Place chicken on rack; cook 15 minutes or until chicken is tender, turning and basting frequently with reserved juice mixture.
