CHINESE BARBECUED PORK 
1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1 1/4 tsp. salt
5 cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tbsp. gin

Mix all ingredients and marinate 1 or 2 days. Score meat. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; turn and bake additional 20 minutes. Slice when cold. Serve with hot mustard sauce.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1/4 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. dry mustard
Pinch of turmeric

Mix and serve with sesame seeds.
