CHINESE BARBECUED PORK 
1 1/2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce and rice wine
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. each ketchup and salt

Add 2 pounds boneless pork loin, trimmed, turning it to coat it with the mixture, and let it marinate, turning it occasionally, for at least 1 hour.

Roast the pork on a rack set in a baking pan in a preheated very hot oven (450 degrees) for 25 minutes. Use in wonton soup or as a stir fry with vegetables.
