BLUEBERRY BUCKLE 
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Cream shortening and 1/2 cup sugar. Add egg; mix well. Mix 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to cream mixture, alternately with milk. Pour in well greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Sprinkle blueberries over batter.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over blueberries. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve with cream. Serves 8.
