1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. chopped raw apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg, beaten

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake in a well greased round glass pie dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
