MARINATED BRISKET 
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine above, pour on and brush both sides of 4 to 5 pound brisket. Wrap tightly in heavy foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake 4 to 5 hours in 275 degree oven.
