CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
3 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream sugar, butter and Crisco; fold in flour, cocoa and baking soda. Combine with 3/4 cups milk; fold in baking powder. Add 1/2 cup milk, eggs, vanilla. Beat well; pour into 9 inch cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 small (6 oz.) box Nestle's chocolate chips
1 stick butter
Melt and drip over cake.
