CORN CHOWDER 
1 chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 can beer
1 onion, chopped
Cayenne or crushed red pepper, if desired
1 or 2 cans chopped green chilies
Garlic to taste
Cumin
Chili pepper
Salt
Carrots and red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered

Cook until done. Debone chicken and return to pot. Serve with chips or tortillas. This freezes well without carrots and potatoes. Serves 4 to 6.
