SPARE RIBS DELIGHT 
5 lbs. spareribs
1 lg. bottle barbecue sauce
1 sm. bottle ketchup
Salt & pepper
3 lg. green peppers, sliced
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. water

Place spare ribs in pan laying flat. Season with salt and pepper. Place onions and peppers on top of ribs. Add ketchup to cover top of spareribs and then add barbecue sauce. Add about 1 cup water. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until peppers are tender.
