5 eggs (or egg whites)
1 lg. onion
1 c. pecan meal
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
3 pkg. George Washington seasoning
5 c. Special K
2 lb. cottage cheese

Mix all ingredients together and put in loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees about 45 minutes.
