1 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter plus 2 tbsp. 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. chopped nuts (preferably walnuts) 1 c. raisins Pie crust (enough for 24 rounds to fit into 24 muffin tins) Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, nuts and raisins. Cut 24 rounds out of pie crust (commercial may be used) and fit into muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. |
