PARMESAN FRIED CHICKEN 
Chicken, cut up & skinned
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. parsley
Seasoned salt
Parmesan cheese
Flour
Cooking oil

Place chicken in container with a tight fitting lid. Mix Worcestershire sauce, parsley and a couple dashes of seasoned salt. Pour over chicken, covering chicken completely. Cover with lid. Marinate overnight. Next day, mix Parmesan cheese and enough flour to coat chicken pieces. Fry in cooking oil, for about 30 to 40 minutes.
