OVEN FRIED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 c. fine cracker crumbs
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. fine corn flake crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 dashes garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. broiler-fryer chicken
1 c. Mazola butter

Cut up and skin chicken. Combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip chicken in batter and dredge in cracker crumbs. Place in well buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (May be placed in baking bag.)
