ITALIAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground round or chuck 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped olives 2 oz. can sliced mushrooms 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup 1 c. grated cheese 8 oz. shell or twist noodles 1 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute ground beef, onion and salt until beef is well done. Add remainder of ingredients except cheese and noodles and allow to simmer for 1/2 hour. Prepare noodles according to package. Drain and place noodles in casserole dish. Pour sauce over noodles; sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
