JONBALAYA 
1 lb. smoked beef sausage, cubed
1 lb. chicken breast filets, cubed
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. hot sauce
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
4 c. cooked rice

Brown together sausage and chicken pieces. Add Worcestershire and hot sauce; simmer for 10 minutes. Add soup and let simmer about 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
