QUICK SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
1 bag boil-in-bag rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless pork, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks in natural syrup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cook rice according to directions. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet. Add pork and garlic; brown pork on all sides.

Stir in onion, pepper, pineapple and its liquid, honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer on low heat 10 minutes.

Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into liquid in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until shiny and thickened. Serve over hot rice. Serves 4.
