1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 pkg. chocolate striped cookies

Mix pudding and buttermilk in either a serving or mixing bowl. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Drain oranges and mix in. Crush half of the package of cookies and add to mixture. Top with remainder of cookies. Chill and serve.
