BEAT 'N EAT FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. boiling water

FOR SMALLER AMOUNT USE:

1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in mixing bowl and mix well. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and beat at high speed until mixture will stand in stiff peaks, 10-12 minutes.
