NO BEAT POPOVERS | |
2 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Break eggs into bowl. Add milk, flour and salt. Mix well with spoon, disregarding lumps. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Put into oven. Set control at 450 degrees. Turn on heat and bake 30 minutes. The secret of these popovers is starting with a cold oven. Don't peek for the full 30 minutes. Makes 8 large popovers. |
