BEAT `N EAT FROSTING | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg white, unbeaten 1/4 c. boiling water Place sugar, cream of tartar, vanilla and egg white in small deep bowl. Mix well. Add boiling water to the egg white mixture. Beat with rotary egg beater (or high speed of electric mixer) until will stand in stiff peaks. Makes 3 cups frosting, or enough to cover tops and sides of two 8 inch layers. May sprinkle with coconut. |
