MEAT LOAF 
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. old fashioned oats
1/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. onions, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir milk and mustard in small saucepan over low heat until smooth. Reserve 3/4 cup Velveeta cheese (optional). Mix well. Shape into 8 x 3 inch loaf in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve with melted cheese on top of preferred.
