vanilla wafers
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
32 to 34 miniature cupcake liners
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Set liners in miniature muffin pans. Put a vanilla wafer in each liner. Combine cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Top with pie filling.
