MINIATURE CHEESECAKE 
24 cupcake foil liners
24 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Put liners in cup cake pan. Put 1 vanilla wafer in bottom. In small bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Fill liners 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top each with spoonful of pie filling.
