2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tbsp. lemon juice, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers

TOPPING:

Cherry pie filling
Strawberries

Mix all above ingredients, except vanilla wafers and topping. Put cupcake liners in muffin pans. Put 1 vanilla wafer on each bottom. Put mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Put on topping.
